The 30+ vendors at Third Floor Antiques would like to welcome you to a true antique and collectibles mecca. Of all of Red Wing's many antique businesses, only Third Floor Antiques has been honored with being a part of the "top ten" in Explore Minnesota's pamphlet on things to do and see. The shop has a broad base of merchandise…. from books or Barbies for the children to tools and tackle for Dad, or dishwares for Mom. Rare advertising, furniture, Hamm's and records abound at Third Floor Antiques. Our store has a huge amount of glass including Fenton and Depression and Franciscan along with other collector favorites. Of course, we have a substantial amount of Red Wing Pottery products that simply has to be seen to believe. Collectibles from the 30's, 40's' 50's and 60's eras abound. Unique and hard to find treasures can be common here. The store features clean, well-lit display
areas. There are no dark corners where you have a hard time viewing
items. Each vendor has his/her own specialty and that becomes apparent
as you stroll through time here at Third Floor Antiques. The "oldies"
music sets a mood that says "let's step back into yesterday"
and the store offers the tour. |

Using
the entry doors at the west end of the building [to the left of the
tall PotteryMall sign seen on the building in the photo] you'll find
yourself in the lobby area where some history can be read and viewed.
A quick peek to your right will show you the elevators, just past the
candy counter of Tickle My Fancy [a must stop for those with a sweet
tooth or a fancy for popcorn while shopping!]. To the right of the elevator
doors you find the "Antiques" arrow directing you to the third
floor.

As
the doors open, you'll be greeted by the neon signs straight ahead saying
"Antiques" and "Open". A few short steps and you'll
be at the gateway to antiquing at its best----

Stroll
down the main corridor for a ways and you'll find the service area where
friendly, willing staff is present to help with any and all of your
questions or needs. Current information on promotional activities or
sales is available here. Its here that you'll also find our bottom-less
bucket of suckers and other assorted candies for you to enjoy while
browsing.

Continue
past the service area along the main corridor and you will eventually
find yourself at a vendor booth [TackleMyFancy, vendor 1219] with a
window full of a rainbow of glass products that can be seen from as
far away as the entry gate. This is not the end of the line though,
as there are three more full-length lanes chock full of treasures in
this section of the store.
It is our sincerest hope that you take time to enjoy what we offer here at Third Floor Antiques. We are on the third floor for a reason…..we are a big step above everyone else!
